Now this Artist is INSANE! His name is Banksy. He is a stencil graffiti artist from the UK. Nobody actually knows who he is or what he looks like. He's very illusive and the reason for the stencils is to get in and out before the authorities show up. His work is all over the UK, LA, NY, Boston and pretty much every other major city.
